There's this one thing that's bothering me every time I take a stroll in the nearby park ('cause fresh air, you need it). It's a non-issue for most, but it just grinds my gear. Frankly, it's an epidemic, part of a huge problem.
It's the city's (Toronto) tendency of filling up empty knolls and communal spaces with random heaps of nonsense. Take these:
It is with great hoopla that I announce that I have been accepted to Carleton University's MDes (Master of Design) program! I've already an idea what my research is going to be, but I'll have to make sure my interests match the school's/advisors'. The gist of the research is on ways to integrating design thinking into compulsory education. Whether it means adding design to the curriculum or building a framework based on design to make better curriculum is still in the air.
But first thing's first: Rejoice! Celebrate! Dance!
Well this is awkward. So, this would be my second try for the whole blog thing. First try... didn't go well. It's kinda sad, but it looks like I didn't have much to say. If you fail once, try, try again.
I'll try my best to update it twice a week, with whatever design related topics, probably. Yes, no... maybe.
